U.S. Interstate 80, also known as the Keystone Shortway, crosses the middle of Jefferson County for 36 miles from west to east with four intersections with major state and federal highways. I-80 provides residents and businesses easy access to many of the country’s major metropolitan areas and second tier cities.
Exits include 73 at Corsica, 78 at Brookville/Sigel, 81 at Hazen and 86 at Reynoldsville. Principal interstate highways passing through the county include U.S. Route 119, 219 and 322, plus State Routes 28, 36, 536, 830, 949 and 950.
