Jefferson County residents wanting to apply for the Department of Human Services Emergency Rental Assistance Program should go to the COMPASS  website at https://www.compass.state.pa.us/compass.web/Public/CMPHome and complete an online application.
If they don’t have access to the internet, they can contact Community Action, Inc. at (814) 938-3302 and go to extension 212 to speak with Diane or extension 206 to speak with Heather about applying for the Department of Human Resources Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
